I founded Medroo MBS LLC to help healthcare organizations bring structure, accuracy, and predictability to their revenue cycle operations.
With over Ten years of hands-on experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, I have worked across a wide range of healthcare settings, including primary care, specialty practices, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health, home health, and hospice. This experience has given me a practical understanding of how reimbursement, compliance, and documentation directly affect both financial performance and operational stability.
Throughout my career, I have seen how billing inefficiencies, preventable denials, and inconsistent workflows place unnecessary strain on healthcare teams. Medroo MBS was established to address these challenges by delivering compliant, data-driven billing processes that support clean claim submission, timely reimbursement, and revenue integrity
My background spans enterprise-level revenue cycle leadership, with oversight of billing operations, payer interactions, and financial performance across diverse healthcare environments. I have led initiatives focused on revenue integrity, reimbursement optimization, and compliance alignment, working within established regulatory and payer frameworks to support consistent, sustainable financial outcomes.
At Medroo MBS, I remain directly involved in the oversight of the practices we support. Our approach emphasizes accuracy, transparency, and accountability, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes. We work closely with provider and clinical teams to ensure documentation supports medical necessity, coding is accurate, and billing processes remain compliant as regulations evolve.

Assistant Manager
Arslan Ahmed serves as an Assistant Manager at Medroo MBS LLC, supporting operational leadership across medical billing and revenue cycle management functions. He brings hands-on experience in managing billing workflows, accounts receivable performance, and compliance-focused reimbursement processes across multiple care settings.
In his role, Arslan supports day-to-day billing operations, monitors AR performance, and assists in denial prevention and resolution efforts to help ensure consistent cash flow and accurate reimbursement. He works closely with billing teams to maintain documentation accuracy, payer compliance, and workflow efficiency while supporting leadership in operational execution.
Arslan has experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers and contributes to maintaining standardized processes aligned with payer guidelines and industry best practices. His focus is on operational reliability, team coordination, and continuous improvement to support Medroo MBS’s commitment to accurate and compliant revenue cycle services.
Assistant Manager
Shahroze Khan Niazi serves as an Assistant Manager at Medroo MBS LLC, supporting operational leadership across medical billing and revenue cycle management functions. He brings extensive experience in managing billing workflows, payer compliance, and accounts receivable performance across primary care, specialty practices, and multi-specialty groups
In his role, Shahroze supports billing operations across radiology, behavioral and mental health, urgent care, and specialty services. He works closely with billing teams to ensure accurate claim submission, effective denial resolution, and consistent adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines. His responsibilities include supporting AR oversight, pre-authorization workflows, documentation accuracy, and process optimization to maintain reliable reimbursement outcomes

Recruitment Specialist & Billing Manager
Malik Hanzala Aslam serves as a Recruitment Specialist and Billing Manager at Medroo MBS LLC, supporting the organization’s operational growth and service delivery.
